The PEAK Wellness Center at Craig Hospital is offering a limited number of scholarships for individuals living with neurologic conditions who are new to Craig and want to access the right fitness and wellness support. The scholarships are designed to provide a supported introduction to adaptive fitness and wellness in a setting built around safety, expertise and long-term progress.

What Our PEAK Center Scholarships Include

Your PEAK Center scholarship will help you start the adaptive fitness journey the right way. Designed for individuals living with neurologic conditions, this scholarship is not a free trial or a drop-in gym pass. It is a structured, supported starting point for those new to Craig Hospital and adaptive fitness.

The PEAK Center Scholarship includes:

  • An initial personal training evaluation
  • Two one-on-one training sessions with adaptive fitness specialists
  • One month of PEAK Center membership for independent use

Every element is designed to help you explore movement, strength, and wellness in a way that feels informed, safe, and appropriate for your body. This is what you’ve been looking for!

Are You Our Next Scholarship Recipient?

The PEAK Center at Craig Hospital is designed for individuals living with neurologic conditions who want to pursue health, movement, and wellness in a setting built specifically for their needs.

This new scholarship is intended for individuals who:

  • Are living with a neurologic diagnosis or injury
  • Are new to Craig Hospital and the PEAK Center
  • Are willing to commute regularly to Craig for on-going services
  • Are interested in adaptive fitness and long-term wellness support

Neurologic conditions may include:

  • Spinal cord injury
  • Brain injury
  • Stroke
  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Parkinson’s disease
  • Cerebral palsy

What is the PEAK Wellness Center at Craig Hospital?

The PEAK Wellness Center is not a typical gym. It is an adaptive health and wellness center built to meet people where they are and support progress over time. The PEAK Center is part of Craig Hospital, a nationally recognized leader in neurorehabilitation and research.

We believe that adaptive fitness should be guided by deep clinical understanding, specialized training, and an environment designed specifically for people with neurologic conditions. Programs are individualized. Support is hands-on. Safety and dignity come first.

For many people in Denver and across Colorado, the PEAK becomes a place where movement feels possible again, on their own terms.
